  • Q2. How do I get started with My Wings Care?

    You can simply fill out our referral form and submit.

    Alternatively, you can contact us directly through our website, call us, or email us. We’ll organise a free consultation to understand your needs and how we can support your goals.

  • Q3. What makes My Wings Care Unique?

    Tailored service or understanding every individual’s desired support is not uniqueness of any

    NDIS provider, but their actual responsibility and code of conduct! Which is fulfilled at MWC.

    MWC additional services to you are:

    MWC provides monthly cleaning and sanitising products voucher to registered clients who may experience financial hardship.

    MWC would pay partially or in full when the participant has difficulties to pay for

    An assessment/report, whereas it is related to their disability and might be arise risks to delivery or quality of support.

    MWC creates a pet treatment voucher with each intake. Registered participants could use the voucher for their own pet or transfer to a nominee.

    MWC will provide free of charge supports up to %5 of core balance to help participants have additional emergency hours allocation due to new changes in NDIS budget management.

    Absolutely.

    Our support coordination team can help you understand your NDIS plan, connect you with the right services, and make the most of your funding.

  • Q5. Can I change my support worker if I’m not happy or transit my favourite if I sign up with you?

    Yes.

    Your comfort and trust are our top priority. If you feel a support worker isn’t the right fit, we’ll work with you to find someone more suitable.

  • Q6. Do you offer culturally appropriate services?

    Yes, we take pride in our culturally competent care.

    Our diverse team speaks multiple languages and respects the cultural needs and preferences of all participants.

    We currently provide support across:

    However, our focus is on Melbourne and Geelong.

  • Q8. Do you offer services for people with psychosocial disabilities?

    Yes, we provide specialised support for people with psychosocial disabilities, including

    mental health recovery coaching and tailored daily support.

  • Q9. How can I give feedback or make a complaint?

    We welcome feedback of all kinds.

    You can submit it via our website, email, or phone.

    All complaints are handled confidentially and respectfully.

  • Q10. Can I refer someone to My Wings Care?

    Yes!

    We welcome referrals from support coordinators, family members, allied health professionals, and community organisations.

    Contact us to learn more or fill out the Referral Form.

  • Q11. How soon can I start my services with My Wings Care?

    My Wings Care will be visiting you in person and face to face within a day.

    You can start getting your support as soon as 48 hours. Your transition will be completed within 2 weeks.

  • Q12. Can you assist me to gain a better plan?

    Yes, if there are changes in your circumstances or you believe your plan doesn’t meet your needs, MWC will assist you with documents reviews and other assessments to determine how suitable your plan is and take it from there.
